About Majority Minors

 Majority Minors is a civic engagement program that equips youth with essential leadership skills and a strong sense of civic responsibility through immersive, hands-on experiences. In the summer of  2025, we successfully launched our pilot summer camp and voter party, engaging young participants in meaningful community-centered activities. 

Meet the Organizer

Rosie Bryant is a passionate change maker dedicated to building a better future for young leaders and their communities.  With a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University and a deep commitment to social change, Rosie brings her expertise from community organizing by empowering those most impacted to lead the way. 

Rosie got her start as a community organizer in her home state, Indiana, where she led groundbreaking initiatives that reduced gun violence by 50% by securing millions in funding for violence prevention and intervention strategies. 

Rosie’s leadership has earned her widespread recognition, including being named one of Indianapolis Business Journal’s Top Forty Under 40. She also serves on the Board of the Sam Masarachia Scholars program, helping young organizers grow through hands on expereience and mentorship.

More than anything, Rosie believes in the power of youth to lead bold change. As a proud mom of three, she brings heart, hope, and a fierce commitment to the next generation, making sure they have every opportunity to thrive and lead.
